Good Veterinary Workplaces - workshops
Good workplaces workshop – you’re invited!
Be heard, share your story, and help shape the future of the veterinary profession.
As part of our Good Workplaces initiative, we’re organising some short workshops to get honest opinions about the realities of veterinary workplaces today. This includes the good, the bad and the ugly! All feedback is welcome. The workshops will be facilitated by an external researcher and offer a confidential, non-judgemental space to discuss your workplace experiences.
Everyone is welcome – whether you’re a vet, vet nurse, recent graduate or practice manager. You don’t have to be a BVA member. Participation is voluntary. A certificate of attendance can be provided. Each workshop will be made up of small groups and your anonymised feedback will be used to help us strengthen our support for veterinary workplaces in future.
