Good Veterinary Workplaces -Taking Action
What is Good Veterinary Workplaces - Taking Action?
'Good Veterinary Workplaces – Taking Action’ is a 40-minute webinar series hosted by BVA and VDS Training.
Between January – September 2023 we ran eight webinars in a ‘Ted-talk’ style, given by inspiring and impressive individuals. The talks covered a range of bite-size subjects, all linking to BVA’s Good Veterinary Workplaces voluntary code, providing practical measures for building a great workplace culture and investing in people.

Good Workplaces Voluntary Code
In 2020, we launched the Good Veterinary Workplaces Voluntary Code which sets out clear criteria for what makes a good workplace, based on an evidence-based BVA policy position. To help you and your colleagues sign up to this code, we've created a poster to sign and display at work for you to show you’ve committed to be a good workplace. BVA members can access further support through our Good Workplaces resources.
