The following terms and conditions apply to the BVA new graduate membership offer.  

1. This offer is only available to final year veterinary medicine students in the UK and Ireland joining or renewing as a Year 1 young vet member between April 2024 and December 2024.
2. To be eligible for the graduate gift you must:
   • Pay your Year 1 young vet membership subscription of £92.00. Payment options available at: £7.67 monthly rate, £23.00 quarterly rate, £92.00 yearly rate.
   • Reserve your gift using our pre-order form.
   • Provide up-to-date contact details for delivery on the pre-order form.
3. Final year students renewing or joining as a Year 1 young vet member can request the following while stocks last:
   • Your personalised scrub hat (one size only)
     or
   • Your BVA beanie (one size only)
4. We will send your chosen gift to the delivery address provided on the pre-order form, allow up to 8 weeks from renewal for your gift to arrive.
5. We reserve the right to change the gifts offered at any time without notice. A replacement gift would be of similar value.
6. No correspondence will be entered into, and no responsibility will be taken for gifts lost or damaged in the post.
7. You are only entitled to request one gift and the gift is non-transferable and cannot be replaced with cash.
8. We always seek to offer attractive benefits as part of membership and reserve the right to add, withdraw, or amend benefits at our discretion without notice.
9. The subscription rates advertised are valid from April 2024 - December 2024.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
