Having originally trained as a veterinary surgeon, Sarah transitioned into HR, where she has since supported various industries, including publishing, healthcare, education, and finance. Her expertise spans HR transformation, complex employment issues, and driving cultural change, particularly in high-growth and evolving businesses.
Sarah’s passion for improving workplace environments led her to join the Great Workplaces by BVA accreditation scheme.
