Sara Jackson

Sara is an experienced veterinary leader with a passion for helping others achieve success. With a compassionate and empathetic leadership style, she focuses on encouraging positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, and ensuring patient safety. Sara's career spans roles as Area Clinical Manager at Vets Now, overseeing clinical and professional standards across multiple clinics in Scotland, Northern England, and Belfast. She has also served as a Senior Vet in various locations, with responsibilities including mentoring staff, handling client complaints, and driving clinical improvements.

Sara has contributed to the veterinary field through delivering CPD, speaking at conferences such as BVA Live and VetLed, and holding leadership positions like President of the North of England Veterinary Association. She has also been involved in key working groups aimed at enhancing patient and owner experiences and improving complaints processes.

Currently, Sara is studying for her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and works a part-time position with Garden Vets at Keele as one of their night vets. Dedicated to continuous development, she has pursued leadership training and worked on strategic initiatives that drive change within the veterinary sector. She remains committed to promoting excellence in veterinary care and team development.
