Great Workplaces by BVA is an innovative new accreditation scheme that helps to build a thriving workforce by recognising and rewarding positive workplace culture in both clinical and non-clinical veterinary workplaces. Underpinned by BVA’s existing Good Veterinary Workplaces initiative, achieving Gold and Silver accreditation will help vet teams feel valued and empowered.
