CloserStill Media - Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that if you have accepted an educational bursary for this event, but subsequently cannot attend, your ticket can be cancelled by 30 April 2025. If you do not cancel your pass and do not attend BVA Live, you will be liable to pay a £99+VAT non-attendance fee. Paid-for passes can be refunded up until 30 April 2025. A service charge of 25% will occur.
