From lobbying members of parliament to joining one of our committees to support our policy work, or developing our member benefits package – volunteering for BVA can be hugely rewarding.

Current vacancies
We're currently looking for dedicated members with a range of experience and expertise across policy, ethics and welfare, events and more to join our committees and groups. The voluntary positions are a great opportunity to feed into issues at the heart of the veterinary community - so why not take a look and get involved?

Ethics and Welfare Advisory Panel (EWAP)
Get involved! We have eight EWAP vacancies available, including:
- Five MRCVS (must hold current BVA membership)
- One RVN
- Two non-vets

Member Benefits and Events Committee (MBEC)
Help us develop our benefits and events! We have five MBEC vacancies available, open to MRCVS who also hold current BVA membership.

Policy Committee (PC)
Help make change happen! We currently have two PC vacancies available, including one recent graduate up to five years qualified. These are open to MRCVS who also hold current BVA membership.
